Returning an Item

         Here are the basic steps:

  1. Please call us at 1-888-888-8888 to request for a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number (RMA). Please write your RMA number outside of the returned package. We won’t accept returns without prior authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in the original package. All products must be returned, unused in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
